Babaji Caterers Return and Refund Policy
Booking and Payment:
To secure a date for your event, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation by Client:
- If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event, any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation occurs between 14 to 30 days before the event, 50% of the total event cost will be charged.
- If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event, the full amount of the event will be charged, as it becomes increasingly difficult for us to adjust our food and staffing commitments.
Changes to Booking:
- Changes to the number of guests or menu selection can be made without penalty up to 14 days before the event.
- Any reductions in the number of guests or menu changes made less than 14 days before the event may not result in a reduced cost, depending on the nature of the adjustments and their impact on preparations already made.
Cancellation by Babaji Caterers:
In the unlikely event that Babaji Caterers must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client at the earliest possible time and issue a full refund, including the deposit.
Quality and Service Concerns:
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our catering services, please contact us within 24 hours following your event. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.
Refunds:
Refunds approved by Babaji Caterers will be processed within 30 days of approval.
